Our Range of Custom Designed Disinfection and Dosing Plants
Disinfection and Dosing are critical processes in water treatment aimed at eliminating harmful microorganisms and the controlled addition of chemicals to ensure the safety and quality of water and wastewater.
ABCO Water designs and manufactures a range of fully customisable Disinfection and Dosing plants, all of which are engineered using advanced 3D computer modelling and process design software. Equipment and pre and post treatment is selected based on both raw water quality and treated water quality requirements.
Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing (SHD)
ABCO Water’s Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing (SHD) plants are used to disinfect water or wastewater in a storage tank by maintaining the required level of free chlorine for effective disinfection
Electrochlorination (EC)
ABCO Water’s Electrochlorination (EC) plants provide an on-demand supply of less than 1% sodium hypochlorite solution, generated through the electrolysis of diluted brine solution
Chemical Dosing System (CDS)
ABCO Water’s Chemical Dosing Systems (CDS) are used to accurately dose common water treatment chemicals, such as coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, antiscalants and disinfectants
Ultraviolet Disinfection (UV)
ABCO Water’s Ultraviolet Disinfection (UV) systems are typically used inline to disinfect water or wastewater with low turbidity to achieve effective disinfection
